Staff was wonderful. We had an issue with our TV--it stopped working--and after several attempts to get it working, switched us to a different room. Breakfast was standard Holiday Inn fare--yummy cinnamon rolls! Rooms are large. Beds are comfortable. We love the bench they have in the room for our luggage as we were 'living out of our suitcases'. Bathroom is large and shower was great.

The location was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel and room were clean and fresh. We didn’t utilize the breakfast offer because we were going to meet up with family for that meal but the kitchen smelled wonderful. We also didn’t stay long enough to use the pool. Maybe next time!

Did not have a chance to have breakfast due to it being closed. We didn't realize Daylight Savings took place during our stay and that it would close an hour earlier. The facility was very clean and the bed most comfortable.

At approximately 10:30 pm music from adjacent room was extreme. Front desk was quick to respond (even at a shift change) and came to our room to discuss before going to the adjacent room where noise originated. The explanation about excessive noise was that the hotel had a "three" notification policy for noise, with the third notification being removal from the hotel. Front desk also offered checking to see if another room was available. I appreciated the offer, but didn't see the need to change room at this point. I stressed to the front desk team that I did not want the problem to start-up again after midnight and that the need to change rooms in middle of night was not reasonable. Problem was resolved.

The in-room coffee maker and fridge are nice. Great pillows. Staff was very responsive.

This property is clean, comfortable, serves a good breakfast, has friendly & professional staff, and it's in a convenient location. It was our second time staying there. It's now our go to hotel for trips to the Modesto area.
